How can Ladakh be considered for statehood when the place has only two districts (Leh and Kargil), a total population of just around 3 lakh, and has strategic importance in defending Bharat from aggression?
Ladakh shares borders with China and Pakistan that have had complex relationships with India. The region's strategic importance is significant due to its location.
Bharat faces complex geopolitical dynamics with Western nations the United States in particular, and its neighbour China. These countries have varying interests in India's development and growth. In fact the western nations and China never want to see Bharat as a global leader.
On one hand, Western nations may view a strong Bharat as a potential challenge to their economic and strategic influence, on the other hand, Bharat's large market of over 1.45 billion people presents significant opportunities for trade and investment.
Ladakh Issue
The concept of the Deep State, often associated with hidden influences on governments, can be observed in various contexts.
Sonam Wangchuk is married to Rebecca Norman, an American citizen educated at Harvard University and the School for International Training. The couple was given prominent positions during the Congress regime, and both have deep-rooted connections with the American Deep State and George Soros' NGOs. We can imagine the role of Wangchuk with the backing of the Congress party.
Toghulak Trump Issue
Donald Trump's experience in the United States highlights the losing game by Trump who actually canvassed for cleaning of swamp if elected as President.(Deep State involvement)
And now Toghulak Trump himself may have become a part of the Deep State to settle scores with Modi. Nowadays he is acting like Mohamad Bin Toghulak by not taking just Uturn but taking too many turns on the same issue, that too within a couple of day's time.
Role of Supreme Court
Judicial decisions can sometimes spark controversy and debate, particularly when they touch on cultural or religious sentiments. The Ellora Vishnu temple renovation plea judgment is one such example that has raised discussions about heritage preservation and religious rights. On the other hand Judges keep silent on Muslims' unlawful activities like declaring 'fatwa' on any Hindu. The judges take suo-moto action on a Hindu speaking the truth by quoting contents of the Quran or other Muslim texts. The Nupur Sharma case is a classic example. Recently, 'I Love Mohammad' processions have emerged as a tool to keep Bharat under tension, while the judiciary is mum on this.
To sum up
The integrity of the judiciary is crucial, and any perception of external influence can undermine public trust. Historical cases, like the Justice Yashwant Varma case, have raised questions about the role of external factors in legal proceedings. How is that FIR can't be filed against a judge who had kept 15+ crores of cash in his home? Why are the political parties silent? The court that handles corruption cases is exempt from filing cases against a judge or arresting a Judge on corruption issues. What a pity?
Public awareness and engagement are essential for a healthy democracy. Staying informed and participating in discussions can help citizens understand complex issues and advocate for their rights and interests.
It is unfortunate that Hindus are never united to fight for their rightful cause. The above instances are classic examples. Most Hindu organisations have never initiated public protests in all the above mentioned cases. All Hindu organisations should come forward to fight for their religious identity.
Recently, Sri. Sadanand Saraswathi, Jagadguru Shankaracharya of Dwaraka Peethadhish has issued a letter expressing concern over comments made by a Supreme Court judge in the Ellora Vishnu Temple case. Shankaracharya had sought an answer his question 'how long the Sanatan Hindu should tolerate partiality by the Judiciary and secondly when the Supreme Court has taken suo-moto action on Muslim Mauli's hatred speeches/action/directions.
The BJP, as a political party, often emphasizes the importance of protecting and promoting Hindu culture and interests. The party's approach in addressing these concerns at the grass-root level is the need of the hour. जागो हिन्दू जागो

ಕೇವಲ ಎರಡು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳನ್ನು (ಲೇಹ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್) ಹೊಂದಿರುವ, ಒಟ್ಟು 3 ಲಕ್ಷದಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ, ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಆಕ್ರಮಣದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಲಡಾಖ್‌ಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನವನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬಹುದು?

ಭಾರತವು ಪಾಶ್ಚಾತ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಾದ ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದ ನೆರೆಯ ಚೀನಾದೊಂದಿಗೆ geopolitical ಡೈನಾಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ದೇಶಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿವೆ. ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ, ಪಾಶ್ಚಾತ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಚೀನಾ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ನೋಡಲು ಬಯಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಒಂದೆಡೆ, ಪಾಶ್ಚಾತ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರದ ಪ್ರಭಾವಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಭಾವ್ಯ ಸವಾಲಾಗಿ ನೋಡಬಹುದು; ಮತ್ತೊಂದೆಡೆ, ಭಾರತದ 1.45 ಶತಕೋಟಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಜನರ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಹೂಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಲಡಾಖ್ ವಿವಾದ
ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಗುಪ್ತ ಪ್ರಭಾವಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿರುವ 'ಡೀಪ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್' ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಮನಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಸೋನಮ್ ವಾಂಗ್‌ಚುಕ್ ಅವರು ಹಾರ್ವರ್ಡ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಫಾರ್ ಇಂಟರ್ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಟ್ರೈನಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆದ ಅಮೆರಿಕಾದ ಪ್ರಜೆ ರೆಬೆಕಾ ನಾರ್ಮನ್‌ರನ್ನು ವಿವಾಹವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಆಡಳಿತದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ದಂಪತಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು, ಮತ್ತು ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಅಮೆರಿಕನ್ ಡೀಪ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾರ್ಜ್ ಸೋರೋಸ್‌ನ ಎನ್‌ಜಿಒಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಳವಾದ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬೆಂಬಲದೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಂಗ್‌ಚುಕ್‌ನ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಊಹಿಸಬಹುದು.
ತುಘಲಕ್ ಟ್ರಂಪ್ ವಿವಾದ
ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಡೊನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಟ್ರಂಪ್ ಅವರ ಅನುಭವವು, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದರೆ "ಸ್ವಾಂಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ" (ಡೀಪ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್‌ನ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆ) ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ ಟ್ರಂಪ್‌ನ ಸೋಲನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳು ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ವಿವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಚರ್ಚೆಯನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕಬಹುದು, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಅವು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಿದಾಗ. ಎಲ್ಲೋರಾ ವಿಷ್ಣು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ನವೀಕರಣ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ತೀರ್ಪು ಅಂತಹ ಒಂದು ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತೊಂದೆಡೆ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ 'ಫತ್ವಾ' ಘೋಷಿಸುವಂತಹ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಮೌನವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಹಿಂದೂ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಕುರಾನ್ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಗ್ರಂಥಗಳ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಸುವೋ ಮೋಟೋ (Suo-moto) ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನೂಪುರ್ ಶರ್ಮಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣವು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಉತ್ತಮ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ, 'ಐ ಲವ್ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್' ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಗಳು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ವಿಗ್ನತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಾಧನವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಿವೆ, ಆದರೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗವು ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮೌನವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಉಪಸಂಹಾರ
ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗದ ಸಮಗ್ರತೆ ಬಹಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ, ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಪ್ರಭಾವದ ಗ್ರಹಿಕೆಯು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ದುರ್ಬಲಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಯಶ್ವಂತ್ ವರ್ಮಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಂತಹ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಕಾನೂನು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿವೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 15 ಕೋಟಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ನಗದು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಎಫ್‌ಐಆರ್ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ಏಕೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ? ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಏಕೆ ಮೌನವಾಗಿವೆ? ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ಪಡೆದಿದೆ. ಎಂತಹ ದುಃಸ್ಥಿತಿ!
ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಮಾಹಿತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವುದು ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಜಟಿಲ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವಾದಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
ದುರದೃಷ್ಟವಶಾತ್, ಹಿಂದೂಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಹಕ್ಕಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಲು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೇಲಿನ ನಿದರ್ಶನಗಳು ಉತ್ತಮ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಿಂದೂ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಿಂದೂ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಗುರುತಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಲು ಮುಂದೆ ಬರಬೇಕು.
ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ, ದ್ವಾರಕಾ ಪೀಠಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಜಗದ್ಗುರು ಶಂಕರಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಸದಾನಂದ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲೋರಾ ವಿಷ್ಣು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಟೀಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಳವಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶಂಕರಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ: "ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗದ ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತವನ್ನು ಸನಾತನ ಹಿಂದೂ ಎಷ್ಟು ದಿನ ಸಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡನೆಯದಾಗಿ, ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಮೌಲಿಗಳ ದ್ವೇಷದ ಭಾಷಣಗಳು/ಕ್ರಮಗಳು/ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಸುವೋ ಮೋಟೋ ಕ್ರಮ ಯಾವಾಗ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ?"
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ, ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ, ಹಿಂದೂ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ. ತಳಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕಳವಳಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಗಮನವು ಇಂದಿನ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
